1. Sign up for Services
Click on the "Free Quote" button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process. If you have questions you can call, text or message our team on Facebook.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Create a log in for the customer portal to manage & track payment and services.
5. Enjoy a Waste-Free Lawn!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the ScoopWM family, and can start enjoying your furry friends, without the stink and inconvenience of waste cleanup
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After signing up for services, a ScoopWM team member will contact you to arrange your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup ScoopWM will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be found in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Arrival Notification
Our friendly ScoopWM technicians will notify you with a 60-minute "on the way" text prior to your service. While being home is not necessary, we kindly request clear access to the areas being cleaned and ask that no aggressive dogs be left in the yard. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient service for all involved.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and begin removing all the dog waste. ScoopWM team members are trained to walk in a specific route to reduce the risk of overlooking any mess. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your ScoopWM team member will capture and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to confirm that no dogs can accidentally escape your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illness and germs to other dogs, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and the local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with remotely. If you don’t have a trashcan in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
