Yes! ScoopWM provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide our services. In snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
The safety of our customers and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop. To ensure all pets are safe, we clean our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate photos when we are done cleaning, so you know your dogs won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked
SwoopWM has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, number of dogs and service frequency. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
No contracts with ScoopWM! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
No, we do not provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs down.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We just ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or you may be completely removed from our route.
Proper disposal is crucial to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or we can take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.
